Will I receive the exact same product as shown in the picture?

Yes, our images are taken with high-tech cameras. They show a high degree of similarity to the original products in terms of color and texture. The actual product may differ slightly from the image depending on the geographical region where you will use it and the lighting conditions where it will be placed. Marble surfaces are unique. Marbles differ in color, properties, and texture as shown in the picture.

Where can I see my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt under "My Orders" in your account window. In accordance with personal data protection laws, your information is deleted at the end of each year.

How can I return an item?

You can return products in accordance with our product return policy. Please review our product return policy.

Will you be adding the products marked "Out of Stock" back to your inventory?

Our stock levels change daily. Stock levels vary by country and city. Our stock quantities may constantly change depending on our factory production rate.

Where can I ship my order?

We can ship orders placed through our e-commerce site to any country using appropriate logistics options. For international shipments, please contact our export department.
