Miamivit.com Return Policy

Products shipped from Miamivit.com, including those from the Miamivit warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements.

Incorrect Returns

Please ensure you send the correct and complete product when making a return. The correct product must be returned to receive a refund.

Miamivit does not keep products mistakenly sent to us and will donate or recycle them where appropriate and possible. If you have mistakenly sent the wrong product to Miamivit, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Miamivit cannot guarantee that your product will be found and returned, and will not pay any compensation for incorrect products sent to Miamivit.

Miamivit Global Store Return Policy

It may take up to 25 days for your returned item to reach us. Once the item arrives at our logistics center, it will take 2 business days to process the refund, and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Most Miamivit Global Store returns will include a prepaid UPS return label allowing you to return the item(s) to any UPS pickup location throughout the US. You can find your most convenient UPS pickup location using the following link:

Not all Global Store items are eligible for prepaid returns. In this case, you will need to return the item(s) at your own expense. We recommend returning the item(s) using a trackable method with your chosen shipping company.

Miamivit will automatically refund up to $20 USD in return postage costs upon receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20 USD, you can contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage. If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you will receive a full refund of your postage and import duties deposit once your return has been processed.

Seller Return Policy

When you order from a seller who stocks and ships their own goods (also called a third-party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of Miamivit.com. While most sellers offer a return policy equivalent to Miamivit.com's, some sellers may have different return policies. Before purchasing a product, you can review the seller's return policy by checking the Returns & Refunds Policy section of their seller profile page. To view the seller's return policy, you can select your order from the Returns Center after placing your order.

Third-party sellers must provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requiring the product to be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods for returning your products, you can file an A-to-Z Guarantee claim to get help with your return.

If you are shipping the product within the United States and the value of your order is $100 USD or more, insure the shipment for the value of the product and send your return with a signed courier service. Items over $35 USD must be returned to the seller using a trackable shipping service. For items under $35 USD, we recommend using the USPS delivery confirmation service. If the package is not delivered and you do not use a trackable method for return, or if you refuse the shipment as a return method, we may not be able to service you under our A to Z Guarantee.

Note: If the seller's listing is eligible for Miamivit Prime, it will be subject to the same return policies as items covered by Miamivit.com as stated on this page.

Delivery with Services

Returns or exchanges of products purchased from a third-party seller offering Delivery with Services (unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) must be scheduled by the seller. During the scheduled return pickup, the seller will disassemble and collect the product. All sellers participating in the Delivery with Services program are required to support scheduled return pickup or exchange services. If a seller does not offer these methods or is unwilling to schedule an appointment to return your products, you can contact the Miamivit Home Services team or apply for an A-to-Z Warranty. If a product covered by Delivery with Services has missing parts or is damaged due to misuse by the customer, a restocking fee may be charged depending on the condition of the product.

Miamivit Handmade

Products sold by Handmade Craftsmen are subject to Miamivit's standard A-to-Z Guarantee policies. An exception is products purchased with optional customization options other than size and color. See the Customized Products section for additional details.

Miamivit Photos

Products printed with Miamivit Photos are non-returnable to Miamivit, but may be returned or exchanged.
Miamivit Refurbished

Products in Miamivit Refurbished are backed by the Miamivit Refurbished Guarantee, specifically outlined on the product details page. With this guarantee, if you are not satisfied, you can receive an exchange or a refund within 90 days of receiving the product (or within 1 year of receiving a Refurbished Premium product).
Miamivit Refurbished products can be returned within 90 days of receiving the shipment (or within 1 year of receiving a Refurbished Premium product) and are eligible for free return shipping.

Miamivit Warehouse

In most cases, used or opened items purchased from Miamivit Warehouse and shipped from Miamivit.com can be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the shipment. Some items have different policies or requirements.
Certified Refurbished items sold by Miamivit Warehouse can be returned within 90 days of the date of receipt of the shipment. Automotive Products
If you purchased a defective automotive product shipped and sold by Miamivit.com that is covered by a published manufacturer's warranty, Miamivit will accept the warranty. Miamivit will replace the product or refund the cost of the product for the duration of the published warranty.

Baby Products

Baby products can be returned within 90 days of the date of receipt of the shipment.
Gifts purchased from the Baby Registry can be returned within 365 days of the date of receipt of the shipment.
Breast pumps must be returned unused and in their original condition, with factory seals and packaging intact. Original shipping charges will not be refunded if your return is not due to a Miamivit fault.

Birthday Gift List

Items purchased as gifts from your Miamivit Birthday Gift List can be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
Items purchased by the registry holder are subject to the standard 30-day Miamivit.com Return Policy.

Clothing and Accessories

Any 2D or 3D Clothing Art items that are used or lack original documentation will be rejected. You can return your clothing and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date.
The DropCollections items are returnable, but return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as the item was custom-made for you.

Collectible Items (Sports and Entertainment)

Collectible items valued at $35 USD or more must be returned using a traceable method. Items valued at $500 USD or more must also be insured.
All packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty documents, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, rating, and expertise must be returned with the item.
Items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Before sending the return, please take a photo of the item for your records.

Collectible Coins

To request return information, contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receiving the item. Your return must bear a postmark within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items valued at $35 USD or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Classified Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging with all supporting documentation.
Returns without original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
Collectible Coins damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Computers and Electronic Devices

New desktops, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from Miamivit.com that are not working upon delivery, arrive damaged, or are still in their unopened boxes, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Miamivit.com may test computers that are not working upon delivery and may apply a customer fee of 15% of the product's resale value if the customer misrepresents the product's condition. Any returned desktops, laptops, or tablets damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or rendered unsaleable due to tampering may incur a higher restocking fee depending on the product's condition.
New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace sellers are subject to the respective seller's return policy. Note: Before returning products containing your personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, please completely delete this information.

Personalized Gift List

Items purchased as gifts from your Miamivit Personalized Gift List can be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
Items purchased by the registered owner are subject to Miamivit.com's standard 30-day Return Policy.
Personalized Products
Personalized products include items that are structured, personalized, or have text engraved on them, such as engraving, stamping, monogramming, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. Personalized products sold by third-party vendors are covered by the Miamivit A to Z Guarantee. To make a claim for these products, please note the following:

Notify the third-party vendor within 14 days of receiving the product for a return.
Due to the personal configuration, text, or design on these products, the third-party vendor is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon receipt or are significantly different from what was ordered. In the event of a typographical error or mistake in the configuration, text, or design due to the fault of the third-party vendor, you are protected under the Miamivit A to Z Guarantee. All packaging (such as boxes) and any certificates of authenticity, rating, and evaluation must be returned with the product. Products with missing labels cannot be returned.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, games, software downloads, and items purchased from the Miamivit App Store, Miamivit Digital Music Store, Miamivit Luna Store, or Miamivit Video Store are non-refundable after purchase.
Books purchased from the Kindle Store can be returned within seven days of the date of purchase. You will not have access to the book after a refund is issued. To request a refund and return the content, visit the Manage Your Content and Devices page, select the Actions button next to the book you wish to return, and select Return for Refund. Kindle books received as gifts can be exchanged for a Miamivit.com Gift Card before acceptance.
Subscriptions to the Kindle Store's Newsstand section (magazines, newspapers, and blogs) can be canceled at any time by visiting the Manage Your Content and Devices page.
Apps and In-App Products purchased from the Miamivit App Store can be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase, depending on the terms of your order. To request a refund, visit the My Orders page and select "Return for Refund" next to your order. If you do not see the "Return for Refund" button, you are not eligible for a refund for that order.
Digital educational resources can be returned within seven days of the purchase date for resources that have not yet been downloaded.
Miamivit-Sold Add-ons purchased from Miamivit Luna can be returned within 90 days of the purchase date, depending on the terms of your order. Contact Miamivit customer service for assistance in requesting a refund.

Fine Arts

Used or downloaded 2D 3D Fine Arts items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Fine Arts items valued at $35 USD or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items over $500 USD must also be insured.
All packaging (boxes, etc.) and documentation of authenticity and expertise must be returned with the item.
Fine Arts items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Fine Arts items damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Before returning an item to Fine Arts, please take a photo of the item for your records.

Furniture

Furniture items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of receipt of the shipment.
If the item is damaged or defective, Miamivit will help you resolve the issue or provide a free return or exchange. For product registration and warranty information, contact the manufacturer directly. Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned after purchase (except in cases of legal obligation).

Hazardous Materials

Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned to Miamivit.

Jewelry and Watches

Jewelry and watch items valued at $35 USD or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
All packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and documentation of authenticity, rating, and evaluation must be returned with the item.
Items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Live Plants or Insects

Fresh flowers, live indoor plants, or insects cannot be returned to Miamivit, but a refund may be issued. Luxury Stores

The following rules apply to all eligible Luxury Store items, and returns that do not comply with these rules may be rejected. Beauty products made from hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned to Miamivit. These products will not display a "free return" message on the product details page.

Luxury Store products must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. This includes all attached labels (product labels and security labels) and any hygiene seals, if applicable.
Product packaging and documentation must also be returned with Luxury Stores products. For packaging, we request brand packaging (provided directly by the luxury brand, as opposed to Luxury Stores packaging). For product documentation, this includes certificates of authenticity, classification, and warranty documents.
Products must be returned using the return label provided by us. In the rare cases where a return label is not provided, products must be returned using a traceable shipping method, insured for the value of the product, and sent via signed courier service.
If we have concerns about the authenticity or condition of the return, we may provide a longer return processing time to discuss with the brand owner, and this may affect the timing of any applicable refund. Home Appliances
Home appliances can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Open the box upon delivery and ensure the product is correct and undamaged. If the product is incorrect or damaged, inform the delivery person and refuse the delivery. They will help you arrange a free exchange or refund.
If you notice that the product is damaged or defective after delivery, Miamivit will help you resolve the issue or provide a free return or exchange.

Mattresses

You can request a return or refund for any reason within 100 days of the shipping date.
We accept returns of mattresses that are unopened and in their original packaging.
Unboxed, extended, and full-size mattresses are non-returnable but eligible for a refund.

Prepaid Phones or Game Cards
Paid (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.) cannot be returned to Miamivit.
Software and Video Games
Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. A restocking fee of up to 100% will be charged for returned software or video games that have been activated, used, or are missing parts.

Electronics, Televisions

Televisions can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date.
Television returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, and factory reset with all personal data deleted. If the product is damaged or defective, Miamivit will offer a free return or exchange service.
