End-User License Agreement
Before you begin installing and/or using this software, images, and icons, carefully read the following terms and conditions of this license agreement and limited warranty.
By installing or using these resources, you represent that you accept this agreement. If you do not accept or comply with these terms, you may not install or use these resources and you must return all originals and copies to Miamivit.
Miamivit
Reserves the right to be the sole creator and distributor of the visual library. You may never distribute derivative works based on the visual library.
You are only permitted to create derivative images based on this library for use within your own company and/or products.
Images in this library may only be used:
As compiled resources within an application
As part of a web application
As part of your company website
As part of your software documentation
As part of your company product box, landing page, etc.
License
This software, including documentation and/or supplementary materials ("Resources"), is owned by Miamivit. This Agreement does not grant you ownership or rights to the Product, but only a limited right of use as set forth in this license agreement. Miamivit grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Software as set forth below:
Integrate the image library with your applications, subject to the following redistribution conditions.
Modify or adapt the image library, in whole or in part, solely for the development of your own Applications; do not resell or use it for any other purpose.
Redistribution Rights
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and redistribute the web pages, executable and/or web application files created using the Software ("Executable Code"), together with the software products ("Applications") that you develop and/or market.
Restrictions
You CANNOT: Distribute this library or any image in the library, distribute modified versions of the image library in whole or in part, rent or lease the Software, or sell any part of the Software independently without integrating it into your application. Furthermore, you cannot claim to have created any part of this library yourself.
Selection and Use
You are solely responsible for the selection of the Software and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the Software in order to achieve the desired results.
Limited Warranty
This software is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All risk regarding the quality and performance of the product is yours. If the product proves defective, you bear all costs for necessary maintenance or troubleshooting. Miamivit. does not guarantee that the functions contained in the software will meet your needs or that the software will operate without interruption or errors.
No oral or written information provided by our authors constitutes a warranty.
Limitation of Remedies and Liability
Miamivit or any other party that may have distributed the software as permitted above shall not be liable in any way for any damages, including but not limited to general, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the software (including loss or corruption of data or losses incurred by you or third parties, or the software's incompatibility with other products), even if the possibility of such damages has been notified to the rights holder or other party.
