Physical Characteristics & Usage

  • Structure: Spider Gray is a metamorphic rock primarily composed of recrystallized carbonate minerals. Its low porosity makes it highly resistant to environmental factors.
  • Applications: Due to its excellent compressive strength and aesthetic appeal, it is ideal for:
    • High-traffic flooring and wall cladding.
    • Luxury interior elements (elevator cabins, vanity tops).
    • Architectural details requiring precision CNC cutting.
  • Finish Compatibility: This stone performs exceptionally well under high-gloss polishing, which accentuates the “spider” vein patterns, as well as honed or leathered finishes for more contemporary textures.

Note: Natural stones are products of nature; therefore, variations in color, veining, and technical values may occur between different quarry blocks. It is recommended to perform batch-specific testing for large-scale architectural projects.
