Technical Data Sheet: Burdur Beige Marble

Burdur Beige is one of Turkey’s most renowned natural stones, celebrated globally for its refined cream-beige tones and high polish capacity. It is a sedimentary rock (limestone) characterized by its homogenous structure and subtle patterns.

Below are the standard technical values derived from laboratory testing to assist in architectural and engineering specifications.

General Characteristics & Applications

  • Color Tone: Creamy beige background with occasional light white or golden veins.
  • Finish Options: Polished, Honed, Brushed, Sandblasted, and Tumbled.
  • Usage Areas:
  • Maintenance: Due to its calcium carbonate base, it is sensitive to acidic substances. It is recommended to use neutral cleaners and professional-grade sealants to maintain its luster.

Note: Natural stones are products of nature; therefore, variations in color, veining, and technical specs may occur between different quarry blocks and production batches. It is always recommended to verify specific batch data before large-scale installation.
